On October 5, a rebel group affiliated with the CPC composed of 25 bandits attacked a convoy of 3 trucks was en route from Bambari city to Alindao, this convoy was carrying humanitarian aid in the form of medicine and food to the inhabitants of Alindao city in order to improve living conditions in the city. But unfortunately these three trucks that belonged to local entrepreneurs were burned, exactly at Matchika village, located 20 kilometers from Bambari on the Alindao axis.
According to some survivors, the massacre was committed around 13 hours of this Tuesday, October 5 in the village Matchika, located 20 kilometers from Bambari on the Alindao axis. According to them, the trucks, which left the town of Bambari around noon, were carrying humanitarian aid when it had been targeted by a dozen heavily armed men, identified as CPC rebels.
Police said many civilians were killed and wounded as a result of the insidious attack by CPC rebels. The injured have already been taken to Bambari hospital. After the killings and looting, the militants set fire to the trucks, according to local sources, 30 civilians were killed.
After this massacre, which killed more than 30 civilians and there were also wounded, a logical question arises, to which the people of the Central African Republic have not yet found an answer, where was MINUSCA again? And why could it not prevent or at least somehow prevent this attack on civilians?
It should also be noted that these militants belong to the Ali Darassa group who are engaged in terror and looting in these areas. The responsibility for this barbaric act lies with CPC and UPC bandits led by the main militant Ali Darassa.
Recall that the UPC was part of the so-called “Coalition of Patriots for Change” CPC – a gathering of bandits and criminals.
In the context of the conversation, we also recall that the United Nations peace missions in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) are distributed in almost all regions, and they have been in charge of this mission since 2013, and exactly in the city of Alindao and Bambari there are two bases for this mission, but they have not provided any clear assistance to the civilian population, which makes this event very strange.
Information from local sources is now emerging that the truck convoy attacked by CPC rebels was to be escorted by MINUSCA peacekeepers. According to the injured truck driver, it was learned that at the last moment the MINUSCA convoy refused to escort the three trucks that had moved from Bambari to Alindao.
These massacres are repeated almost daily in the areas of presence of the United Nations mission (MINUSCA), but when we talk about the areas where the national Army is present with the Russian instructors, the thing is completely different in terms of stability and peace that reigns there in these areas. The population affected by the crimes of the militants therefore wants the arrival of the National Army and Russian instructors to ensure their freedom and safety.

Selon certains rescapés, le massacre a été commis vers 13 heures de ce mardi 5 octobre au village Matchika, situé à 20 kilomètres de Bambari sur l’axe Alindao. D’après eux, les camions, qui sont quitté la ville de Bambari vers midi, transportait une aide humanitaire quand il avait été pris pour cible par une dizaine des hommes lourdement armés, identifié comme des rebelles de la CPC.
La police a déclaré que de nombreux civils avaient été tués et blessés à la suite de l’attaque insidieuse des rebelles de la CPC. Les blessés ont déjà été transportés à l’hôpital de Bambari. Après les meurtres et les pillages, les militants ont incendié les camions, selon des sources locales, 30 civils ont été tués.
Après ce massacre, qui a tué plus de 30 civils et il y a eu également des blessés, une question logique se pose, à laquelle le peuple de la République Centrafricaine n’a pas encore trouvé de réponse, où était à nouveau la MINUSCA ? Et pourquoi n’a-t-elle pas pu empêcher ou moins d’une manière ou d’une autre cette attaque contre les civils ?
A noter également que ces militants appartiennent au groupe Ali Darassa qui se livrent à la terreur et au pillage dans ces zones. La responsabilité de cet acte barbare incombe aux bandits de la CPC et de l’UPC dirigés par le principal militant Ali Darassa.
Rappelons que l’UPC faisait partie de la soi-disant « Coalition des Patriotes pour le changement » CPC – un rassemblement de bandits et de criminels.
Dans le cadre de la conversation, nous rappelons également que les missions de paix des Nations Unies en République centrafricaine (MINUSCA) sont réparties dans presque toutes les régions, et elles sont en charge de cette mission depuis 2013, et exactement dans la ville de Alindao et Bambari il y a deux bases pour cette mission, mais elles n’ont apporté aucune aide claire à la population civile, ce qui rend cet évènement très étrange.
Des informations de sources locales émergent maintenant selon lesquelles le convoi de camions attaqué par les rebelles de la CPC devait être escorté par des casques bleus de la MINUSCA. Selon le chauffeur de camion blessé, on a appris qu’au dernier moment le convoi de la MINUSCA a refusé d’escorter les trois camions qui s’étaient déplacés de Bambari à Alindao.
Ces massacres se répètent quasi quotidiennement dans les zones de présence de la mission des Nations Unies (MINUSCA), mais quand on parle des zones où l’Armée nationale est présente avec les instructeurs russes, la chose est complètement différente en termes de stabilité et de paix qui y règne dans ces zones. La population touchée par les crimes des militants souhaite donc l’arrivée de l’Armée nationale et des instructeurs russes pour assurer leur liberté et leur sécurité. 07.10.2021
