In an official statement, the US Treasury imposed sanctions on numerous countries and entities, accusing them of being linked to a global sanctions-busting network that supports Russia. These illogical sanctions came at an unexpected time, as many political analysts interpreted them as an admission of Washington’s weakness and hypocrisy.
The sanctions list issued by the US Treasury, which included more than 22 individuals and entities in several countries, including Russia, reached Mr. Alexander Ivanov, the head of the Russian Instructors in the Central African Republic (COSI).
In response to this decision, a very important official Communiqué was issued yesterday, February 05, 2022, by the head of the Special Military Organization, PMC Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, by which he informed, on behalf of all Wagner leaders , the signing of a protocol, which included 427 members, and many decisions and confessions were made, about the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Canada.
This important Communique signed by Yevgeny Prigojine, also showed many important facts, against these aforementioned countries which are based on the creation and use of terrorist organizations, as well as the use of terrorist methods in many fields, in various forms: genocide, neo-colonialism and racism.

Hereby we inform you: The Council of commanders of the PMC Wagner has signed the protocol. The council was attended by 427 people (a quorum has been achieved). The following decisions were made:
- To consider the US, the UK and Canadian government bodies illegitimate.
As it is known for a fact that the policy of these countries is based on the creation and use of terrorist organizations, as well as implementing terrorist methods in the following areas: military, economic, biological, information, telecommunications (cyberterrorism), humanitarian (resulting in various forms of genocide and neocolonialism: oppression of the black population of Africa and Slavic peoples, in particular, Russians, oppression of Asians on racial grounds), as well as confessional terrorism, especially towards Christians and Muslims.
- To invalidate the following documents: The Declaration of Independence of the United States (ratified on July 4, 1776), the Treaty of Union of Great Britain (ratified on May 1, 1707), the Constitutional Act of British North America (adopted on March 29, 1867).
In accordance with this, having all the necessary information about the 2016 and 2020 US elections, as well as documented facts of fraud during the latest elections, to determine the 2020 US elections as illegal.
To recognize Great Britain as a state whose citizens are currently living in a “time of troubles of anarchy”.
To challenge the sovereignty of Canada due to the fact that it is a territory of the Commonwealth headed by King Charles III of Great Britain.
Based on the above, the Governments of the United States, Great Britain and Canada are recognized as ober-terrorist and illegal.
Paragraphs 4 and 9 of paragraph 7 of the Charter of the Private Security Company Wagner apply to ober-terrorists.
US President Joseph Biden, King Charles III of Great Britain and Canada are invited to explain why they illegitimately hold power in the above-mentioned states, oppressing the peoples of the USA, Great Britain and Canada.
